You’ll complete hands-on training, develop product expertise, provide technical support, and more.

Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude or technical inclination
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within a manufacturing or technical environment
  • Strong computer skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft AX is a plus
  • Adapt to new processes and environments
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Handle multiple orders and quotes simultaneously
  • Analyze data and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Foster collaboration through strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Exhibit diligence and reliability
  • Ability to work for prolonged periods sitting at a desk and on a computer, with the capability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
