Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude or technical inclination
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within a manufacturing or technical environment
- Strong computer skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft AX is a plus
- Adapt to new processes and environments
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
- Handle multiple orders and quotes simultaneously
- Analyze data and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Foster collaboration through strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Exhibit diligence and reliability
- Ability to work for prolonged periods sitting at a desk and on a computer, with the capability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
