Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

We are looking for a high impact Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support the Finance function in Europe and to act as a Business Partner for Mastercard Business Development Europe (MDE) and the Strategy Function. This role involves thorough analytical work on broad Europe’s finance performance, the coordination of Strategic KPIs and the involvement in the broad finance analytics initiative.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or Economics
• Computer literate with knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel, Business Intelligence tools like Power BI is a valued plus
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• High standards of accuracy and precision
• Good organizational, data management and analysis skills
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and to perform well under pressure
• Team oriented with the ability to communicate effectively and develop solid working relationships across multiple levels
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fast learner and able to link diverse sources of information including the ability to handle confidential information
• Fluency in English, any other language is a plus
