Director, Specialist Sales, Services Business Development – Loyalty Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to drive the sales of loyalty platforms and solutions, as well as card benefits. This role requires an individual with outstanding business development skills and understanding of technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and technical environments, with the ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in selling technology solutions, ideally in loyalty programs, within Financial Services, Digital / Retail / Consumer/ B2B / sectors
  • Education: Undergraduate degree required; MBA or relevant post graduate degree recommended
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is a must, with excellent communication and presentation skills in both languages
  • Strong understanding of loyalty platforms, digital technologies, marketing services, and platform implementation processes
