Growth & Loyalty Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth & Loyalty Manager to drive and scale our growth strategy at 10bis (Just Eat Takeaway.com), with the clear goal of strengthening customer loyalty and maximizing Lifetime Value (LTV). This is a pivotal role with ownership over our loyalty program, growth engines, and the overall end consumer experience.

What You Will Do

Own and scale our reward mechanics, loyalty programs, and retention models to boost order frequency, reduce churn, and maximize long-term customer value. Leverage behavioral data to design personalized customer journeys across all touchpoints. Identify and conceptualize smart brand partnerships and co-marketing opportunities that enrich our consumer value proposition.

Why It Might Be a Fit

4 to 6 years of B2C or B2B2C experience in growth, loyalty, or targeted marketing within eCommerce, consumer apps, or digital platforms. Proven team management experience with a strong track record of leading cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of B2C or B2B2C experience in growth, loyalty, or targeted marketing within eCommerce, consumer apps, or digital platforms
• Proven team management experience with a strong track record of leading cross-functional projects in a matrix organization
• Solid CRM background: Hands-on experience with behavioral segmentation, targeted comms, and personalized customer benefits
• Loyalty and Partnerships background: Prior experience managing customer clubs, reward programs, or brand partnerships is a strong advantage
• High data fluency: Ability to read metrics, spot trends, and turn analytical insights into actionable marketing and commercial growth
• Tech-savvy mindset: Good understanding of product and platform mechanics, deep familiarity with the Israeli consumer market, and strong stakeholder management skills
