Integrated Marketing Lead – Acute Care & Monitoring

Role Overview

The Integrated Marketing Lead, Acute Care & Monitoring works closely with regional commercial teams, global stakeholders, product management, and clinical experts to align portfolio priorities with market opportunities and customer needs. The role combines strategic portfolio management, market analysis, product launch leadership, and stakeholder engagement to define and execute growth strategies, strengthen portfolio differentiation, and deliver sustainable business impact across the EurAsia region.

What You Will Do

Develops and implements enterprise-wide, integrated marketing programs, develops business cases, strategies, budgets, executions, measurement and ongoing enhancements to meet the company’s reputational and growth objectives, leads sponsorship and/or partnership strategies, oversees the creation of all types of content, utilizes omni-channel marketing models, develops reputational KPI’s, and leverages insights to strengthen programs and build new strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of marketing experience, including portfolio management, product marketing, or strategic marketing responsibilities
• Experience developing portfolio strategies, leading product launches, and supporting pricing strategy initiatives
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across global and regional matrix organisations
• Experience analysing market, customer, and competitive data to develop business recommendations and strategic plans
• Experience within the healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or related healthcare industry
