Role Overview
The Principal Financial Analyst will serve as a strategic finance partner to the Cardiac Diagnostics & Services Marketing organization, providing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical support to business leaders.
What You Will Do
The primary responsibilities include partnering with Marketing, Strategy, and Innovation leadership to provide financial analysis and decision support, executing month-end and quarter-end close activities, and developing financial models to evaluate business performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of finance or accounting experience OR advanced degree and 5+ years of finance or accounting experience
- Experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
- Experience developing financial models and translating financial data into business insights
- Experience partnering with business leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making
