Health Customer Success Manager

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the link between our AI company and the rehabilitation clinics, responsible for the care of our existing customers, from roll-out with on-site training to leading integration projects and contract extensions.

What You Will Do

Your tasks will include independent management of customer care, building and maintaining long-term relationships with rehabilitation clinics, analyzing customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and managing integration projects.
