Manager, Product Operations & UX

Role Overview

This is an enabling-function leadership role with three connected parts: Product Operations, AI enablement, and UX. The role builds the operating model and design foundation for empowered product teams.

What You Will Do

Standardize the product development lifecycle and operating cadence, accelerate funnel development, build business-case discipline, and prioritize the portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in product operations, program management, and/or design leadership, including running cross-functional operating models and embedding AI into product teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years across product operations, program management, and/or design leadership
• Experience standardizing a product development lifecycle and operating cadence for multiple teams
• Hands-on experience embedding AI into how product teams discover, build, and ship
• Program and release management skill
• Design and research leadership
• Fluency with product tooling and metrics
• People leadership and clear, plain communication
