We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our team. As a People Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for building long-horizon people-ops tasks with deterministic rubrics to grade agent performance against verifiable ground truth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in HR operations or people operations
  • Expertise in HRIS, leave administration, benefits administration, or FLSA classification
  • SHRM-CP / PHR certification
