Role Overview

The Data Analyst will drive business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers.

What You Will Do

Collaborate to build intuitive data visualizations, take ownership of UX/UI experience, contribute to design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence tools, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Experience with SQL
• Experience in a SaaS company or Fintech
• Familiarity with data visualization tool, Sigma
• Python or R experience
• Exposure to data governance or data quality frameworks
• General experience with Claude or other AI-powered analytics tools
• Experience with Agile or Kanban project methodology
• Experience with Databricks
