The Finance & Business Planning team is seeking a Strategic Cloud Deals Manager to join the Infrastructure FBP team, focused on strategic financial and commercial efforts related to large-scale infrastructure investments.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain advanced financial and commercial models
- Partner closely with deal leads and Infrastructure teams during negotiations
- Drive analysis and preparation of commercial and financial deal terms
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Legal, and Tax teams to identify and mitigate financial, tax, and legal risks
- Prepare high-quality memos and materials to support the internal financial approval process
