Customer Experience Manager leads front-end operations, delivers customer service, and manages team to achieve results. Leads omnichannel processes and shrink and safety programs. Assists with cash reconciliation and inventory processes. Trains and coaches customer experience team. Serves as Manager on Duty. Participates in performance management process and supports Talent Development.
Requirements
- Retail management experience preferred
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
