Assembly & Test Quality & Data Engineer

Micron Technology is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure products and processes meet highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive and resolve quality issues, implement improvements, and support Statistical Bin Limit (SBL) triggering process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ACQE001, AECQ002).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, statistical and communication skills (e.g., JMP, 8D, KT)
• Strong knowledge of Python and packages for data analytics and data engineering.
• Hands-on experience in database technologies including SQL, Snowflake, and GCP BigQuery for setting up visualizations and business reports.
• Strong hands-on experience with visualization software like Tableau, Power BI, and JMP.
• Ability to work effectively ability across global teamwork and communication
• Experience with statistical bin limit (SBL).
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python and SQL, with experience in analytical tools like Tableau and JMP.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to our industry.
