Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will act as a reliable collaborator, helping leaders concentrate on key tasks by handling complicated schedules, meetings, client interactions, worldwide travel, expenses, and executive activities with accuracy and care. The role partners closely with collaborators from Sales, Customer Engineering, HR, Finance, IT, Communications, and Facilities to help leaders stay aligned, informed, and effective.

Help drive the team’s operating rhythm, support initiatives, coordinate customer and leadership events, and ensure follow-through on business priorities.

Requirements
- Five or more years supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Chief of Staff support, or senior administrative support capacity.
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience, required.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and modern collaboration and virtual meeting platforms.
- Experience working with or critically reviewing AI-enabled tools to optimize workflows, automate routine tasks, analyze information, or aid business problem-solving.
- Proactive, forward-thinking work style with the ability to anticipate needs and independently resolve issues.
- Proven ability to manage multiple executive calendars, competing priorities, deadlines, and requests in a fast-paced environment.
