Content Marketing Lead

Mighty is a company building an AI-native platform to help injury victims settle their own claims without hiring a lawyer. We’re looking for a Content Marketing Lead to create AI-native video content and lead our organic social media presence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or related field
• Proven track record of creating engaging, high-performing content
• Experience with AI-native tools such as Sora, Veo, Runway, and Midjourney
• Strong taste and ability to articulate why certain content performs well
• Comfortable pitching reporters cold and building relationships with influencers
