Assistant Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team in Atlanta (Smyrna), GA. As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will engage with clients one-on-one to deliver outstanding consultation excellence and work alongside clinic leadership to achieve sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

What You Will Do

Drive sales, conduct thorough and personalized consultations with new clients, collaborate with the team to use best practices, and focus on building lasting relationships with clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of any work experience
• Experience in a commission driven and/or sales environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Works well in a team environment
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information
• Ability to use a computer and sales software
