Role Overview
Join MILES as a Senior Manager Marketing Intelligence to build frameworks that inform Marketing team decisions and drive growth. You’ll own models, experiments, and AI-powered workflows to turn data into better decisions.

Turn business questions into clear, decision-grade answers, design and run experiments, produce forecasting and scenario views, and create executive-ready narratives.

Requirements
- 3-5 years in marketing analytics, marketing science, or a comparable analytical role
- Strong SQL and confident working in a modern data stack (Snowflake, Tableau, Metabase)
- Hands-on experience running A/B/incrementality tests
- Exposure to propensity, CLV, or segmentation modelling
- Practical experience building AI-driven workflows and agents
- Sharp analytical judgement and critical thinking
- Ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations for senior, non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in subscription, marketplace, or other high-frequency consumer businesses
