Senior Financial Analyst – Strategic Modeling & Analytics

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst – Strategic Modeling & Analytics is responsible for developing financial models, scenario analyses, and decision-support tools that help shape Milwaukee Tool’s long-term operations and supply chain strategy.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain financial models, perform scenario analysis, build business cases, conduct ad-hoc financial and operational analyses, and analyze product, operational, and supply chain performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Operations Finance, Manufacturing Finance, Supply Chain Analytics, or related analytical roles
• Experience building financial, operational, or statistical models from concept through implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large and complex datasets
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Databricks, Python, or similar platforms preferred
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and communicating complex analyses to leadership
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to see both tactical implications and strategic opportunities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
