As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll support onboarding and configuration efforts for new Mindbody clients, assist with client accounts, and provide guidance and technical support to maximize their use of the platform.
Requirements
- 1+ years in a client-facing technical support or service role
- Project management or coordination experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to navigate complex client scenarios
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
- Experience with basic SQL, APIs, or Microsoft Office Suite
