Marriage Reset (MM Coaching Limited) helps men save their marriages through online coaching, and is looking for a Content & Growth Manager to manage content production, distribution, and analytics.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing content production or editing teams in async, remote-first environments
- Proven experience reviewing video edits and giving quality, pacing, and creative feedback
- Experience with short-form content distribution – Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok
- Experience building Content Waterfall systems, SOPs, and repeatable workflows
- Analytics literate – you know which metrics matter and make decisions based on data
- Background in coaching, info-products, or online education (preferred)
