Content & Growth Manager

Marriage Reset helps men save their marriages through online coaching. They’re a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial company looking for a Content & Growth Manager to oversee content production and distribution across various platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing content production or editing teams in async, remote-first environments
• Proven experience reviewing video edits and giving quality, pacing, and creative feedback
• Experience with short-form content distribution – Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok
• Experience building Content Waterfall systems, SOPs, and repeatable workflows
• Analytics literate – you know which metrics matter and make decisions based on data
• Background in coaching, info-products, or online education (preferred)
