Role Overview
The Area Sales Manager focuses on building and expanding the company’s B2B card portfolio by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and securing new partnerships. The position drives direct sales activities, identifies new business opportunities, and increases both volume and profitability in alignment with MOL Group’s commercial strategy.
What You Will Do
Fulfill the Sales Plan by considering the existing client portfolio and actively identifying new sales opportunities within these accounts. Record and update weekly on the CRM/SCRM platform all offers and contracting actions performed. Prospect the market to identify potential clients and work to convert them into active customers.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be successful in the role, you should have a university degree, at least 3-5 years’ retail, FMCG or other sales experience with large-scale businesses, English language proficiency at intermediate level and above, excellent communication skills, analytical acumen, results oriented, and a B category driving license.
