Role Overview

The role supports distribution economics, sales compensation, business planning, forecasting, and management reporting across Investment Management. The position partners closely with Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, and senior management to deliver analytical report-driven insights, enhance forecasting capabilities, support strategic growth initiatives, and strengthen visibility into revenue, compensation, and distribution-related expenses.

What You Will Do

Develop scenario analysis to support sales incentive compensation plan design, annual updates, and key business decisions. Manage sales compensation programs and reporting, and develop and maintain forecasting models for sales, revenue, compensation, and distribution-related expenses.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a comparable analytical financial planning and analysis role, ideally within asset management.
  • Build analytical frameworks that enhance visibility into channel, intermediary, product, and distribution profitability trends.
  • Ability to translate business plans into calculated outputs in Excel and systems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, business partners, and clients of all levels.
  • Sound judgment and discretion in handling highly confidential and time-sensitive matters.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint, with experience developing forecasting models, management reporting, and analytical dashboards.

  • Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment
