Beast Industries is hiring a Principal GTM Recruiter to build the recruiting engine behind its growth. The role exists to lead high-impact recruiting across marketing, growth, brand, partnerships, and broader GTM functions. The Principal GTM Recruiter will own end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution across key business-critical functions, partnering closely with leadership to define hiring priorities, calibrate talent, and improve how recruiting operates as the company scales.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading full-cycle recruiting for GTM, marketing, or commercial organizations
- Experience hiring across multiple marketing disciplines and seniority levels
- Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in fast-moving and high-growth environments
- Experience managing or leading recruiting teams, projects, or recruiting functions
- Strong sourcing and talent assessment capabilities
- Ability to balance recruiting execution with longer-term systems and process thinking
- Strong judgment, prioritization, and communication skills
- Experience managing competing hiring priorities while maintaining quality and candidate experience
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
