Associate Director – Global Data Operations

Our Clinical and Pharmacovigilance teams manage studies to provide the safety and efficacy data required for regulatory approval of potential new drugs, vaccines and new indications for existing products. The Associate Director – Global Data Operations is responsible for leading Senior clinical data managers and Clinical Data Managers in operations tasks, ensuring the consistent execution of quality processes and deliverables.

Requirements

• Direct Line Management of Senior clinical data managers and Clinical Data Managers
• Escalating to appropriate leadership/management as needed
• Participating in or leading GDO Business Excellence Networks, GDO improvement efforts, SME networks, GDO and/or GDMS special initiatives
• Facilitating and/or participating in management and functional area meetings
• Keeping abreast of process and technology changes
