Temporary Financial Operations Supervisor

Role Overview

MSX is looking for a Financial Operations Supervisor to lead and manage the operational management of automotive financing programs and credit repays.

What You Will Do

Operational Supervision and Flows: Master and guide operational stages (eligibility analysis, registration/order in VCS/BNDES, inclusion of NF and release of pending items); Directly execute strategic operational activities, such as preparation and updating of consolidated bases (FUNÇÃO x BNDES x CRIVO) and daily sending of operational base payments to Commercial.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in operational supervision or leadership in financial services, automotive financing, or BNDES repays, as well as knowledge in SLA management, quality control of processes, and monitoring of automated/robot routines.

Requirements

• Solid experience in operational supervision or leadership in financial services, automotive financing, or BNDES repays
• Knowledge in SLA management, quality control of processes, and monitoring of automated/robot routines
• Experience in treating pending items with dealers and attending to ouvidory bodies
• Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Education: Post-graduation in Administration, Economics, or related areas
