AVP FP&A Business Partner – Claims

Role Overview

Serve as a financial advisor and strategic consultant to the Claims business division, supporting the VP FP&A Business Partner. Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to provide insights to the Claims leadership team and the VP FP&A Business Partner.

What You Will Do

Perform financial modeling, scenario analysis, and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate business initiatives, operating model changes, staffing and resource needs, and other Claims decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
• 15+ years of overall professional experience
• 5+ years of broad Claims finance experience
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Experience with financial planning and forecasting
• Ability to build complex financial models
• Knowledge of general industry and insurance concepts
