Muon seeks a Customer Operations Lead to join our Satellite Operations Team. The ideal candidate works well in cross functional teams and is capable of creating scalable processes for managing customer data requests and deliveries.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a customer facing technical role such as technical account management, solutions architecture, or professional services
- Experience in a leading teams with a track record of hiring, mentoring, and scaling to meet business needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent time management and organization skills
