We’re looking for a Director, Finance Operations & Controller to lead our accounting operations, financial close processes, controllership activities, and financial compliance functions.
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- CPA designation required
- 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, controllership, or finance operations roles
- Prior experience leading accounting operations and month-end close processes within a dynamic or high-growth environment
- Strong technical accounting knowledge including IFRS and/or GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems, finance transformation initiatives, and process improvement projects
- Experience managing audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance activities
- Corporate tax experience considered an asset
