Growth Product Manager

Requirements

• Track record of moving the commercial needle through product: revenue, retention, or acquisition outcomes, not only shipping features.
• Experience leading pricing experiments, packaging strategy, or growth teams;
• Deep familiarity with product-led growth models and growth loops to know what good looks like;
• Hands-on experimentation experience crafting and running statistically significant tests and acting on results.
• Hands-on experience with CDPs, product analytics and experimentation tools such as Amplitude, MixPanel, Fullstory, Split.io, Contentsquare, mParticle, Segment
• Highly analytical – comfortable with SQL, BI tools, or equivalent; able to pull insights from raw data.
• Experience working across multiple product domains, or as an internal consultant getting work done by squads, you’re not directly responsible for.
