MyOutDesk is looking for a Bilingual Client Growth & Intake Specialist to join a top-tier company. This role involves calling, texting, and emailing an existing database of leads to identify immediate opportunities and long-term nurtures, and qualifying leads based on timeline, motivation, financing, and location. The successful candidate will have +2 years of experience as an SDR or inside sales professional supporting a U.S.-based business, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

Requirements

  • +2 years of verifiable experience as an SDR, or inside sales professional supporting a U.S.-based business
  • Demonstrated track record of long-term commitment and stability in previous roles
  • Advanced/Fluent English (C1-C2) suitable for U.S. corporate and real estate communication
  • Mandatory fluency in both English and Spanish to engage with a high volume of Spanish-speaking leads
  • Phone Confidence: Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling objections with resilience and composure
