We’re looking for an Analytics Engineering Manager to join our team and help us build a unified intelligence layer for our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in Analytics Engineering or BI Engineering, with a strong working knowledge of dbt and a proven track record of delivering clean data architectures. We’re looking for someone who can work with us to enable AI-native capabilities and help us take Naked Wines to the next level.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in Analytics Engineering or BI Engineering
- Strong working knowledge of dbt
- AI mindset and experience incorporating AI into daily modelling, documentation, or review workflows
- Domain expertise in multi-market or multi-currency data modelling setups
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based MPP warehouses
- Data fundamentals, including data warehousing, dimensional modelling, and rigorous governance with pragmatic business speed
- Engineering best practices, including version control workflows for analytics code and collaborative peer reviews
