This position is responsible for supporting the development, execution and reporting of email marketing and digital communication efforts for the Nashville Predators and Bridgestone Arena. The Email Marketing Coordinator will work closely with ticket sales, corporate partnerships, arena marketing, and other internal departments to deliver clear, timely, and effective messaging to fans and customers.
Requirements
- B.A. Degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum of one to two years of marketing, email marketing, communications or related experience
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors before deployment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems or marketing automation tools
- Experience with ticketing, offer management, or promotional sales platforms
- Basic understanding of email performance metrics
- Ability to synthesize detailed information and communicate it in a clear, concise manner
- Proactive planner with a sense of urgency, creativity and strong follow-through
- Ability to work well with people in a collaborative team environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with project management tools, CRM platforms or analytics/reporting tools
