Responsible for supporting the Credit Card Acquisition team’s Analytics & Segmentation function, delivering data driven insights that support profitable member growth. Contribute to acquisition intelligence efforts by supporting prescreen population development, segmentation enhancements, and test and learn initiatives.
Requirements
- Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources, including structured and unstructured data sets, to drive insights into business performance
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns and prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations in order to support business decisions
- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions
- Produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems
- Use analytics and metrics to improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts of potential costs, risks, and profits of new business initiatives
- Communicate findings and insight to stakeholders and provide business strategy recommendations for optimizing business performance
- Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad-hoc report requests within the business area
- Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements
- Build working relationships with team members and subject matter experts
- Lead small projects and initiatives
- Support the creation and ongoing refinement of credit card prescreen populations, partnering on audience definition, eligibility logic, and segment construction to improve targeting effectiveness
- Evaluate and revamp prescreen segmentation frameworks by assessing segment level performance and response patterns to identify opportunities to improve targeting and acquisition outcomes
- Participate in test and learn initiatives for prescreen populations, supporting test design, performance measurement, and analysis of results to inform segmentation and targeting enhancements
- Conduct post campaign performance analysis for prescreen campaigns, assessing results to surface learnings and optimization opportunities
- Analyze acquisition trends, funnel dynamics, and profitability outcomes through deep‐dive analysis, producing clear, executive‐ready insights that support product and campaign decision‐making
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and business intelligence solutions to track acquisition performance, segmentation effectiveness, and key growth metrics
- Build strong working relationships with cross‐functional partners and subject matter experts to enable effective collaboration and insight generation
