Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Workforce Management)

Support Fraud Operations’ workforce decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to leadership via dashboards and reports. Analyze workload, capacity, and staffing challenges using business intelligence tools that incorporate data from internal and external sources.

Requirements

  • Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns and prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations
  • Produce and manage actionable reports that show key performance indicators
  • Use data and analytics to improve processes and provide forecasts of potential costs, risks, and value of new business initiatives
  • Communicate findings and insight to leaders and stakeholders and provide business strategy recommendations for optimizing business performance
