Director, FP&A

The Director, FP&A will provide financial insights, analysis, and support to drive strategic decision-making and optimize performance. The role involves leading a team of FP&A professionals, managing reporting, financial analysis, business support, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and process improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on retail operations and merchandising
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA, MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, financial modeling, and AI tools
• Experience with Microstrategy or Vena a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams
