Sales Operations and Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day sales operations: CRM updates, lead assignment, pipeline hygiene, and territory support.
  • Execute marketing activities: support email campaigns, events, webinars, and lead nurture programs.
  • Maintain and improve data accuracy across CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and weekly/monthly reports for pipeline, conversions, and campaign performance.
  • Track KPIs: lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline coverage, sales cycle length, and campaign ROI.
  • Coordinate cross-functional GTM execution between sales, marketing, finance, and CS.
  • Document processes, run audits, and recommend operational improvements and automation.
  • Support ad-hoc analytics and business requests from leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong Excel skills and experience building reports and dashboards.
  • Good communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting B2B or SaaS sales teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and basic SQL or analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of lead scoring, funnel management, and campaign measurement.
  • Exposure to sales enablement, quoting/CPQ tools, or forecasting processes.
