Senior Manager, Financial Operations

Role Overview

As our Senior Manager, Finance Operations, you’ll lead Neovance’s day-to-day financial operations and be a trusted partner to leadership on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost management.

Financial Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Vendor Management, Administrate real estate portfolio, Manage company insurance program, Cross-Functional Partnership & Continuous Improvement

Why It Might Be a Fit

5–7 years of progressive financial operations experience, including 2–3+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, a track record of negotiating vendor contracts and delivering documented cost savings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive financial operations experience, including 2–3+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• A track record of negotiating vendor contracts and delivering documented cost savings.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling) and experience with an ERP such as NetSuite plus spend or contract management tools.
• Project management skills and experience partnering cross-functionally.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership.
