As a Regional Manager, Business Development at CMLS Financial, you will cultivate high-value partnerships with top-performing mortgage brokers in the GTA East, navigate the ‘lending box’ to provide expert guidance on CMLS products and credit policies, and execute field operations to provide on-site support, training, and troubleshooting. You will also facilitate deal flow, structure complex files, and drive regional volume.

Requirements

  • Strong background in residential mortgage underwriting or credit analysis
  • Proven ability to proactively capture market share and scale territory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle
  • Possession of a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Agent license (asset)
