Finance Operations Manager

Role Overview

NetBrain is looking for a Finance Operations Manager to make the finance team faster, clearer and easier to work with. The role involves owning the flow of information between accounting, FP&A, and the rest of the business, and using modern AI tools to take manual work out of it.

What You Will Do

The Finance Operations Manager will run the finance operating rhythm, own the monthly close calendar, and keep a single tracker for deadlines, owners, and dependencies across accounting, FP&A, orders, and RevOps.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in finance operations, FP&A, revenue accounting, accounting operations, business operations, or a similar role, and be comfortable with the close, month-end reporting, and order-to-cash flow.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in finance operations, FP&A, revenue accounting, accounting operations, business operations, or a similar role
• AI experience (Claude preferred) with curiosity for trying new tools
• Clear writing, steady follow-up, and the ability to work with people you do not manage
