Netflix is seeking an Ads Marketing Manager for Germany to establish and promote its advertising solutions in the region. The role requires a proactive and versatile marketer with B2B experience and a firm grasp of cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, digital advertising, or marketing communications
- Familiarity with the CTV, OTT, or streaming landscape is preferred
- Proven expertise in product positioning, narrative crafting, and collateral development
- Skilled in partnering with regional marketing and sales teams to shape and communicate strategy, positioning, and messaging effectively
- Demonstrated ability to generate and implement creative ideas, collaborate with agencies, and manage multiple projects with precision under tight deadlines
- Experience developing a variety of content types—blog posts, case studies, presentations, creative assets, and thought leadership pieces—to advance marketing goals
- Proven success in creating impactful B2B event activations, and first party and third party, to support commercial goals
- Strong aptitude for working in cross-functional environments, effectively aligning diverse stakeholders and scaling communications
- Fluent in English and German (both mandatory)
