Role Overview
The Senior Data Analyst will compile data reports and work under the supervision of the Director of Data Analytics and Evaluation. The role will involve building and maintaining datasets, creating standardized variables, and synthesizing data streams into dashboards. The Senior Data Analyst will also perform analyses applying a public health and social justice lens, provide technical support, and contribute to the development of bureau goals and quality improvement metrics.

The Senior Data Analyst will build out and maintain frozen datasets, create standardized variables, synthesize data streams, develop Epic expertise, perform analyses, provide technical support, and contribute to the development of bureau goals and quality improvement metrics.

Requirements
- Expertise with R, SAS, and SQL programming
- Experience with building dashboards to effectively communicate public health data
- Experience with electronic medical record or large health care datasets
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain multiple and diverse assignments simultaneously and function effectively both independently and collaboratively
