Head of GTM Enablement

Redefine the future of customer experiences. Head of GTM Enablement needed to architect and lead Nextiva’s Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement function to transform how revenue teams operate in high-velocity SMB and Mid-Market environments.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or GTM Strategy
  • Proven success in high-velocity sales environments (SMB and Mid-Market)
  • Experience in SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or CX platforms strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates and sales performance
  • Track record of translating strategy into scalable execution
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Experience with (or strong curiosity for) AI-driven tools and enablement systems
