Account Manager SA&I (Strategic Analytics and Insights)

The Account Manager SA&I will support new and existing clients in Consumer Insights, Advanced Analytics and Innovation, achieve revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction, and proactively search for new clients and opportunities on the market. This is a maternity cover role (fixed-term for 12-18 months with possibility of extension).

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Analytics and/or Consumer Insights (sales or consultant)
  • Speaking and writing in Polish and English fluently
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, behavioural sciences, statistics, or related area
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and logical skills
  • Exceptional ability for market/category analysis
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions
  • Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced business environment
  • Strong sense of urgency & accountability to drive client outcomes
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams
  • Competent negotiator with good influencing skills
