Requirements
- Act consultatively in supporting users, clarifying usability, data structure, and best practices for insight extraction.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic clients, deeply understanding their needs and anticipating demands, including in complex scenarios.
- Monitor client behavior and engagement indicators, identifying churn risks and acting proactively in retention.
- Manage the complete client cycle, including onboarding, projects, customizations, and incentive campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate and follow up on projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with deadlines, delivery quality, and stakeholder alignment.
- Act in the operational management of solutions, including data processing (e.g. sell-in), system loads, user control, configurations, and distributor portfolio.
- Conduct homologations and validations, ensuring quality and consistency of solutions before delivery to clients.
- Ensure SLA and agreement compliance through call management, demand prioritization, and efficient communication.
- Identify and report opportunities for continuous process improvement, promoting greater efficiency, organization, and operational excellence.
