Business Development Manager (Retail) responsible for supporting new and existing clients, achieving revenue targets, and developing business in the field of Consumer Insights, Advanced Analytics and Innovation.
Requirements
- Independently sell Consumer Insights services, Analytics and Innovation
- Assess client needs and offer solutions
- Partner with Account Development team to understand client needs and priorities
- Scope projects to meet sales targets and ensure feasibility
- Engage with clients and secure customer satisfaction
- Build SA&I portfolio awareness
- Execute business plan and search for opportunities
- Participate in sales plan and budget preparation
- Manage pipeline and provide weekly input for forecasting sales
- Continuously work on professional development and adoption of technical knowledge
- Use NielsenIQ processes and tools to provide analysis and recommendations
- Collaborate with other departments in NielsenIQ
- Be compliant and responsive to financial discipline rules
- Adhere to tracking customer and transactional information in CRM system
