Business Development Manager (Retail) responsible for supporting new and existing clients, achieving revenue targets, and developing business in the field of Consumer Insights, Advanced Analytics and Innovation.

Requirements

  • Independently sell Consumer Insights services, Analytics and Innovation
  • Assess client needs and offer solutions
  • Partner with Account Development team to understand client needs and priorities
  • Scope projects to meet sales targets and ensure feasibility
  • Engage with clients and secure customer satisfaction
  • Build SA&I portfolio awareness
  • Execute business plan and search for opportunities
  • Participate in sales plan and budget preparation
  • Manage pipeline and provide weekly input for forecasting sales
  • Continuously work on professional development and adoption of technical knowledge
  • Use NielsenIQ processes and tools to provide analysis and recommendations
  • Collaborate with other departments in NielsenIQ
  • Be compliant and responsive to financial discipline rules
  • Adhere to tracking customer and transactional information in CRM system
