As an Assistant Customer Success Manager, you will assist Customer Success Managers in their main missions: client support, analysis of customer problems, and training of new customers/new interlocutors. You will also participate in the identification of upsell opportunities among existing customers and represent the company at congresses/conventions.

Requirements

  • Master 1 or Master 2 in a business school or engineering school
  • Excellent level of English, both orally and in writing
  • First experience in a company required, ideally with data analysis
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good relational and negotiation skills
  • Autonomy and ability to look for new challenges
