As an Assistant Customer Success Manager, you will assist Customer Success Managers in their main missions: client support, analysis of customer problems, and training of new customers/new interlocutors. You will also participate in the identification of upsell opportunities among existing customers and represent the company at congresses/conventions.
Requirements
- Master 1 or Master 2 in a business school or engineering school
- Excellent level of English, both orally and in writing
- First experience in a company required, ideally with data analysis
- Problem-solving skills
- Good relational and negotiation skills
- Autonomy and ability to look for new challenges
