Principal Data Operations Analyst (Mandarin Speaker 1 year Contract)

In this role, you will become part of the Performance Excellence Pillar and work on Quality escape, RCA, KPI, and strategic prediction by analyzing data. You will lead continuous improvement projects, deliver expected business impacts, and work closely with Process Engineers, BAU Leads, Transformation on compliance-related initiatives and local projects.

Requirements

• Analyze and identify areas for improvement in BAU processes and drive convergence of processes and tools
• Identify and implement solutions that translate into standardization and process efficiency while balancing local BAU needs
• Work with metrics and data to identify improvement opportunities, delivering data-driven analysis and business cases
• Cooperate with Global Enablement, Governance, Process Owners, and Operations leaders to ensure high-quality deliverables and delivery standards are met or exceeded
• Utilize the AI concept to streamline the process to gain the operation efficient
