Role Overview
Manage and grow assigned key customer accounts, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales performance in the FMCG industry. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer service and achieve business targets.
What You Will Do
Manage key customer accounts, develop and execute account plans, identify opportunities for growth, and monitor sales performance. Collaborate with customers on promotions, product launches, and pricing initiatives.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in key account management, strategy & operations, or a similar role within the FMCG or related industry
- Existing networks and strong working relationships with Modern Trade, Local Key Account, Cash & Carry and Wholesaler buyers
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional portfolios with P&L impact
- Strong capability in KPI decomposition, roadmap planning, and stakeholder influence
- Excellent structured communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu
