We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to identify, engage, and qualify prospective jewellery businesses, and turn cold outreach into warm, excited conversations for our Account Executive team. This is a phone-first, high-volume role with a competitive base + commission salary.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role
  • Proven cold calling experience and genuine comfort on the phone
  • Excellent communicator
  • Resilient and driven
  • Naturally curious
  • Organised and accountable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
